In the following you will find all the important information about payment and shipping of your products ordered in our webshop.

Shipping costs

Within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €1,99 for the shipping of print products – regardless of the order value or the number of items. This flat rate includes handling, packaging, and postage.
For Disney audio stories, a flat rate of € 10,95 applies due to special shipping and packaging requirements.
For shipments within other European countries, the shipping costs for print products € 9,95. For Disney audio stories are uniformly € 24,95.
No shipping costs for ePaper orders

	PayPal With PayPal you can pay for your orders securely and conveniently.
	Credit card Pay conveniently with your Visa or Mastercard. Payment by credit card is provided by Unzer.
	Prepayment If you wish to pay for your order in advance, we will process your order after receipt of payment. Depending on the bank, it may take between 2-6 working days to process the payment.

	DHL We ship our products with DHL.
	Deutsche Post We ship our products with Deutsche Post.
