There is no right of withdrawal for individual orders of newspapers and magazines.

Pursuant to Section 312g(2)(7) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, provided that no subscription contract exists.
