In the following you will find all the important information about payment and shipping of your products ordered in our webshop.

Shipping costs

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €1.99 for print products, regardless of the order value or number of items. This fee covers handling, packaging, and postage. For Disney audio stories, a separate flat fee of €10.95 applies due to special shipping and packaging requirements.
For deliveries within other European countries, the shipping costs are €9.95 for print products and €24.95 for Disney audio stories.
No shipping costs for ePaper orders.

	PayPal With PayPal you can pay for your orders securely and conveniently.
	Credit card Pay conveniently with your Visa or Mastercard. Payment by credit card is provided by Unzer.
	Prepayment If you wish to pay for your order in advance, we will process your order after receipt of payment. Depending on the bank, it may take between 2-6 working days to process the payment.

	DHL We ship our products with DHL.
	Deutsche Post We ship our products with Deutsche Post.
